How do I Sign Up and Register to View Programs?

  • Can I enroll another person?

    Because security and convenience are top priorities, each person will need to create their own password-protected user account, and then enroll in programs through that account.

    Our online learning platform creates a unique dashboard for each user. This allows each person to:

    + Begin watching the programs they are enrolled in whenever it is convenient for them.

    + Start, pause, and return to watch at their own pace.

    + Automatically receive, store, and have continuing access to their CEU certificates.

  • Do I qualify for a discount coupon?

    AMFP members, Employees of Healthcare Providers, or Groups of 4 or more are all eligible for discounts. To learn more and request a discount coupon code to use at checkout CLICK HERE

  • What time will my program become available?

    Each episode becomes available on it's premiere date, and everyone enrolled will be able to view the program by 12 AM, in all time zones, on that day.

    The program will appear (and stay!) on each person’s dashboard.

    There is no set time when you must begin watching or complete your episodes. And you can return to rewatch any episode, as many times as you want, whenever you want.

  • I can't log in to my user account.

    USER ID: Be sure to use the same email you used when you originally signed up with VirtualCast -OR- the email you entered if you recently updated your user account contact information.

    PASSWORD: If your password is not working, select FORGOT PASSWORD. Then enter your email to receive directions.

  • How do I change my contact/user information?

    To update your contact information, click on your user account in the upper right-hand corner. Select MY ACCOUNT and then select PROFILE.

    IMPORTANT NOTE: If you change your contact email in VirtualCast, that will automatically become your new user login!

  • Where can I access all my CEU certificates?

    To locate and download certificates, click on your user account in the upper right-hand corner. Select MY ACCOUNT and then select CERTIFICATES.

  • I need a printed receipt for my purchase(s).

    To find and print receipts for all your purchases, click on your user account in the upper right-hand corner. Select MY ACCOUNT and then select ORDER HISTORY. Click on any order and select PRINT RECEIPT.
